If you give gifts at holidays or other special occasions to your best customers, that is a wonderful gesture of goodwill that is probably much appreciated by your customers. Gifts are also at least partially tax deductible. You can deduct $25 per year per customer for as many customers as you give gifts.
You can give away as many as you want of gifts under $4 like pens or other small promotional items.
