Why did you start your blog?
As a national commercial loan broker for Commercial Capital, Ltd., I talk with a lot of people. Through my conversations with people, many entrepreneurs do not know what it takes to get a business loan/commercial loan in our current lending atmosphere.
I want to help entrepreneurs get a loan.
Whether buyers want to purchase a commercial property, business or franchise, they have to sell themselves and their idea.
Entrepreneurs have to prove to investors that their project is the best investment choice among the thousands of options that come across their desk everyday.
Believe me, I have seen the rejections and have learned what they like and what they hate and want to share my experience.
Advice
